Who we are

What we collect

• The documents you upload, such as your passport, bank statements, bookings, and insurance.
• The trip details you type in, such as dates, destinations, and rough balances.
• Your contact details for sign in, such as an email or phone number.
• Payment runs through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

Why we use it

To do one thing: check your application against the rules and build your pack. That is the only reason your documents are ever read.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that make the product work: our payment processor, our sign in provider, and our cloud hosting. We do not sell your data. We never hand it to any embassy, consulate, or VFS on your behalf. You submit your own application.

How we keep it safe

Every application is isolated. Your files never mix with another applicant. Access is limited to running your checks and building your pack.

Improving the product

Anything we use to make the product better is anonymised first, and only with your consent. We never use your raw documents for anything beyond your own application.

How long we keep it

We hold your files while your application is active so you can pick it back up. Ask us to delete your data at any time and we will.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data. Email us and we sort it out.
