The short version, in plain language. Using GoVisaReady means you agree to these.

What GoVisaReady is

A tool that prepares and checks your Schengen short stay visa application. We read your documents, catch the mistakes that get applications refused, and build a clean pack you can submit yourself. GoVisaReady is operated by Cinnamon Labs Limited.

What GoVisaReady is not

• We are not a visa agent. We do not represent you to any consulate.
• We do not book your VFS appointment.
• We do not submit your application. You go to VFS in person for biometrics and submission.

We do not decide your visa

The embassy decides, not us. We never promise approval and we never will. Our checks cover the mistakes we have a rule for. Passing them is not a guarantee your visa is granted.

Your side of it

Give us accurate information and genuine documents. What you submit at VFS is your responsibility. We can only check what you give us.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout, per applicant, as a one time payment. The family discount applies automatically when you add two or more applicants to the same booking. Paying starts the full check and builds your pack.

Refunds

Because the embassy controls the outcome, we do not offer refunds based on a rejection. If something goes wrong on our side, write to us and we will make it right.

Fair use

Only upload documents you are allowed to use. Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.

GoVisaReady is operated by Cinnamon Labs Limited, 8 The Green, Ste 4000, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
